About this role: We are looking for an AM Operations Director to build the operating structure around Asset Management as OEGEN continues to grow and manage increasingly complex assets. This is a business-side leadership role within OEGEN’s Asset Management function. It is not responsible for operating power plants or acting as a technical authority; it is responsible for making sure the portfolio-management system around our assets is effective, consistent and able to evolve. The role is about making sure the basics are done well and consistently, without problems repeatedly needing senior intervention. It will take ownership of important work that cuts across funds and functions, where standards already exist but are not consistently embedded, or where there is currently no clear owner. The successful candidate will help ensure that OEGEN’s scale benefits investors: issues are identified earlier, suppliers are held to account, and lessons from one asset improve how we manage the wider portfolio.
