The Role Legend is hiring an FP&A Manager to join our Commercial Finance team and become a key Finance Business Partner to our iGaming business. This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. Working closely with our Principal FP&A Lead and partnering directly with the Head of iGaming and his leadership team, you’ll help shape commercial decisions across a complex portfolio of products, markets and investments. We’re looking for someone who can go beyond reporting performance. You’ll get underneath the numbers, understand what is driving them and use that insight to challenge thinking, identify opportunities and recommend where we should act, invest or change direction. You’ll bring together financial and operational data to develop a clear point of view on business performance. Whether assessing an investment opportunity, understanding movements in EBITDA, challenging a forecast or evaluating performance across products and markets, we’ll expect you to turn your analysis into recommendations that help the business make better decisions. You’ll also need strong FP&A fundamentals. You’ll be comfortable owning financial models, forecasts, budgets and scenario analysis and getting into the detail when required. The difference at this level is what you do with that information: connecting the dots, influencing senior stakeholders and helping turn insight into action. This could suit an experienced FP&A or Commercial Finance professional who has already built strong technical foundations and is now looking for a role where they can have greater commercial ownership and influence.
