Launch your platform engineering career at Appvia Appvia is launching its first new graduate engineering academy in several years, creating an initial cohort of nine Graduate Platform Engineers who will join our AWS Practice and support a major new UK public sector programme. This is an opportunity to begin your career in a growing, specialist technology consultancy where you will learn directly from experienced engineers while contributing to meaningful, real-world delivery. You will not be one of hundreds of graduates following a generic training programme. You will join a small cohort, receive direct support from senior and principal engineers, and build practical experience across cloud, automation, DevOps, infrastructure, and modern platform engineering. About Appvia Appvia is a self-funded, London-based platform engineering, software, and AI enablement consultancy. We help organisations design, build, and operate modern cloud platforms, improve how software is delivered, and adopt new technologies securely and effectively. Our work spans AWS, Azure, platform engineering, software modernisation, Data & AI, delivery, and managed services. We partner with customers across public and private sectors, including organisations operating in complex and highly regulated environments. Since the start of 2026, Appvia has grown from around 60 to more than 100 people, driven by new customer demand, the launch of new capabilities, and continued investment in our teams.
