Join nearly 300 Plumsters and be part of a team shaping the future of money The Team & The Role We're looking for a QA/Test Automations Lead to join our Engineering team and play a key role in transforming quality through culture, process, and tooling. You'll work closely with our engineering team bringing your expertise to help us transition from reactive bug catching to proactive quality engineering. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building shared infrastructure, driving cultural change, and enabling teams to ship faster with confidence. You'll be a force multiplier establishing frameworks, building tools, and setting standards that scale across the entire engineering organization. What You Will Do Build Shared Testing Infrastructure: Design and implement shared testing tools, mock services test data generation capabilities, and E2E test infrastructure that all squads can leverage Establish Culture & Standards: Drive testing-first culture across the organization, create testing frameworks and standards, define test scenarios with Product Managers, and provide expert consultation on testing approaches in PRDs and TDDs Strategic Oversight: Track and review quality KPIs, conduct monthly QA metrics reviews, audit E2E test coverage against critical paths, identify and fix flaky tests, and facilitate quarterly strategy reviews Enable Self-Service: Create admin tooling and documentation that allows PMs and engineers to self-service test data creation and execute comprehensive testing independently What We Look For Proven senior level experience in test automation, with a track record of building testing infrastructure…
