As Senior Finance Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our Finance team—bringing technical excellence, commercial insight, and supportive leadership to a talented group of early-career finance professionals. You will own the integrity of our financial reporting and compliance, drive automation to streamline workflows, and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business. What you will do... Lead, coach, and inspire a team of early-career finance professionals, actively supporting their professional study and career growth. Critically review financial workflows and partner with technology teams to lead automated improvements that scale safely. Take ownership of complex technical accounting (IFRS and UK GAAP) and implement robust, well-documented financial controls. Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements and regulatory filings, managing the external audit process with clarity and confidence. Partner cross-functionally to provide practical finance guidance on new product launches and develop transparent internal policies. Communicate financial insights and process recommendations to senior leadership to drive informed strategic decisions. What you will bring... A professional accounting qualification (such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an internationally recognised equivalent). Big 4 / Top 10 experience is strongly desireable. Experience in an industry finance role outside of practice, ideally within a high-growth, technology, or fintech environment. Direct experience managing, mentoring, and developing early-career finance talent. Advanced technical accounting expertise (IFRS / UK GAAP) and strong literacy with modern finance and ERP systems.
