Senior Manager, Coach & Instructor Enablement FTC 14 months Coach & Instructor Enablement exists to make the delivery organisation measurably better at retaining learners and delivering successful outcomes consistently, predictably and at scale. You will enhance our existing strategy and lead the team through its exciting next stage of growth. The team will form around four capability pillars and a new Enablement Operations platform. You will be building that structure while it delivers across a large delivery organisation that supports thousands of learners. Priorities will shift underneath you as delivery data moves, and part of the job is deciding what starts, what stops, and most importantly what must not slip. This is a role for a strong operator who excels at influencing and collaborating across complex teams and departments.
