Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Sponsorly website and waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
What Sponsorly is
Sponsorly provides sponsorship intelligence, including sponsorship probability scores, sponsor database access and application support tools, built on published UK Home Office data. Scores are estimates based on available public data and past outcomes. They are not a guarantee of employment or visa sponsorship.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sponsorly. If you are using the service on behalf of a university or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
Your account and use of the service
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when building your profile.
- You agree not to misuse the platform, including scraping the sponsor database, reverse engineering the scoring model, or reselling access without permission.
No guarantee of sponsorship
Sponsorly is a decision support tool. We do not employ you, sponsor visas ourselves, or control any employer's hiring or sponsorship decisions. Use of the platform does not guarantee an interview, offer, or sponsored role.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
The Sponsorly name, logo, scoring methodology and platform content are owned by Sponsorly and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsorly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including decisions made based on a sponsorship score.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sponsorly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
